| With a small core Company staff most of the personnel in the field on Forestry Commission surveys will be self-employed foresters, working in their own locality. Forest Fact projects operate on a financial 'open book' basis. Staff will know what the Company are being paid for a given project and so can compare what they receive with those charges being made by the firm for insurance, health & safety and other overheads. |
| Our aim is that all parties get paid fairly for their contribution to a project. As would be expected, Forest Fact takes full responsibility for the Health and Safety and insurance of all project staff, whether working temporarily or permanently with us. |
